EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

The Minnesota Funeral Directors Association (MFDA) is holding a exhibit show as part of their MFDA 2025 Convention at Marriott Minneapolis Northwest, Brooklyn Park, MN. Minnesota funeral directors will attend this event which features CEU presentations, exhibit displays, and an evening event for all attendees and exhibitors.

  6. EXTRA EXPOSURE: Attendees receive 1 CEU for visiting all of the exhibitors on their bingo cards each day! 

Exhibit hall will be located in the Northland Ballroom across from MFDA registration.

Exhibit location assignments are based on the following criteria:

  • If exhibitor is a sponsor
  • Consecutive years of exhibiting at MFDA convention
  • If they are an MFDA Allied member
  • When the display contract and payment are received.

Your location with a map will be provided via email after the early-bird registration closes on Friday, March 14, 2025 and spaces are assigned. Due to layout and demand, you may be close to a competitor. Exhibit spaces may not be shared – one company per space.
 
Attendance of CEU sessions is included with exhibit registration.

MFDA Allied Members

8'x10' Booth - Early-Bird $850/$1,000

8'x20' Booth - Early-Bird $1,700/$2,000

Car Space - Early-Bird $1,600/$1,700

 

Non-Members

8'x10' Booth - Early-Bird $1,250/$1,400

8'x20' Booth - Early-Bird $2,500/$2,800

Car Space - Early-Bird $2,000/$2,100

 

Non-Profits (Must be 501(c)(3) designated)

8'x10' Booth - Early-Bird $400/$550


Exhibitor Fees Include:

  • An 8'x10' exhibit booth
  • One 6’ skirted table with two padded chairs, waste basket, and booth ID sign.
  • Up to 4 exhibitor staff for a booth (additional exhibitor staff/guest badges available for $50 each).
  • Event access for each registered exhibitor staff/guest for the “Trivia Night” social event on Wednesday night
  • Exhibitor staff can attend the Wednesday and/or Thursday lunch during convention. Exhibitor lunch tickets are $30 and are required to attend convention lunches.
  • Incentive prize giveaways to draw attendee traffic to your booth.
  • Publicity in MFDA Bulletin, Official Convention Guide, MFDA social media, and Convention web site at www.mnfuneral.org.

Meals: Exhibitor staff can attend the Wednesday and/or Thursday lunch during convention. Exhibitor lunch tickets are $30 and are required to attend convention lunches. 

Set-up on Wednesday, April 30 from 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Caskets may set up on Tuesday, April 29 from 2:00pm-5:00pm upon request). There is no day/evening-before access to set-up.

Tear Down on Thursday, May 1 at 10:50am-3:00pm.

 

To load in/load out please use the conference center entrances located to the west of the hotel lobby entrance.

 

Your location with a map will be provided via email after early-bird registration closes on Friday, March 14, 2025 after spaces are assigned.

Trivia Night! 2025 MFDA Social Event
Wednesday, April 29, 7:30pm-10:30pm:
All convention registrants (attendees and exhibitor staff) can attend this optional but fun night of trivia by wearing their name badge to the event. Join us for networking, free appetizers, drink tickets, and a cash bar.

 

Convention dress code: Business casual for exhibitors.


Sponsorships: The Convention’s success depends upon sponsor support. See Sponsorship options on registration page and below. All sponsorships above $3,500 include one free 8'x10' booth ($850 value)!



Parking: Parking is free!

 

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy: In the event you need to cancel, you will receive a full refund until March 14 upon written notification, and a 50% refund from March 15-April 11. After that date, no refunds will be issued.
