 Understanding Natural Organic Reduction (NOR)

Wednesday, October 2, 2024, 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm, via ZOOM

Webinar Overview:

Did you know that starting July 1, 2025, Natural Organic Reduction (NOR) will become a legal form of disposition in the state of Minnesota? Join us as we explore not only the science behind NOR, but implications MN licensed morticians might consider as this new form of final disposition makes its way to Minnesota.

What does this mean for MN Licensed Morticians?

In this 1-hour seminar, participants will gain:

  • An understanding of what NOR is and the science behind how it works.

  • Information on NOR legalization in Minnesota, other states in the U.S., and other places in the world where human composting is gaining popularity.

  • Perspectives from a MN mortician who has already served Minnesota families with NOR services.

  • Resources on where to go to learn more about NOR and stay informed.
