ATTENDEE INFORMATION
Welcome to the 130th Annual Minnesota Funeral Directors Association Convention! For 130 years, funeral directors from across the state, as well as neighboring states, have come together for education, to explore the exhibit hall, and to reunite with colleagues.

This year’s Convention will be held at a northern Minnesota resort where the atmosphere will set the tone of our event – opportunities for CEUs, time to visit Exhibitors at their tabletop displays, a fun evening event for all registered attendees/exhibitors to socialize, and plenty of much needed downtime for resort activities.  Dress code for attendees will be casual!

Registration includes daily admission to Convention program sessions/CEUs, all Exhibitor functions, all meals/breaks and Wednesday evening's event (unless as noted below).

* All MFDA member funeral home staff. Non-Minnesota funeral directors who are members of their state Funeral Director Association (ND, SD, WI, and IA) can register as an non-member and use the promo code state2021 at checkout to receive their $470 association membership discount.

** A Guest is a non-funeral director who is a guest of a registered licensed funeral director attendee. Out of respect for our exhibitors, non-exhibiting suppliers or allied members are not allowed to register or attend the Convention. Guest registration includes all scheduled meals, Wednesday evening event (wristband will be provided), can attend CEU sessions (will not receive CEUs), and visiting with exhibitors.

*** A Wednesday Event Guest Only registration will only be allowed to attend the Life’s a Breeze Beach Bash with a registered attendee - a wristband will be provided at registration. You may purchase Wednesday Event Guest Only registrations for more than one person. Out of respect for our attendees and exhibitors: this registration option to bring a guest to the Wednesday event can only be completed by a funeral director attendee. Event guests under 18-years-old can attend the event for free with a registered attendee/exhibitor.

**** Past Presidents Breakfast is for MFDA Past Presidents only.

We’re proud to offer Minnesota CEUs in all categories required by the State of Minnesota, and we will offer Body Preparation, Care, and Handling CEUs over both days of Convention.

CONVENTION REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY

To receive a full refund of your Convention registration fees, please contact the MFDA office at 763-416-0124 by 4:00pm on Friday, August 6, 2021.

MFDA does not have the ability to change/cancel your Breezy Point Resort hotel reservation – please be sure to read and understand all of the reservation policies before making your hotel reservation.

Virtual CEU opportunities will be offered shortly after convention for those unable to attend in-person - more details to come soon!
