If you need name badges for any staff for your booth you can email mtufto@mnfuneral.org and request them to be made in advance or ask them them when you pick up your name badge(s) at Convention registration.

If any of your booth staff need to attend the sessions to receive MN CEUs, we will need their email address to give access to use our MFDA Convention App to use on their phone/iPad to track their CEUs. Please email Miki Tufto at mtufto@mnfuneral.org with the attendee(s) email address(es) to get access.

Pre-Convention Questions
If you have any questions over this weekend, please email Kathy Sheridan at

Important Details on Mayo Civic Center Vendor Load-In

Please view/download this map showing how to enter the Mayo Civic Center Service Lot and where to find the load-in/load-out location for exhibitors.

At the Service Lot entrance there will be a security person to guide you where to go to enter the Taylor Arena where our Exhibit Hall is located.

Smaller vendors can utilize the Mayo Civic Center service lot for load-in/load-out as well.  Mayo Civic Center does not provide any on-site parking for vendors in their Service Lot, but it will make it easier for them to make a quick drop and run right into the Arena.

*It is our recommendation that you supply your own cart for unloading/loading of items. The Mayo Civic Center is not responsible for providing carts.

*Please be cognizant of others in the amount of time being parked to unload.
